Purchases
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Cancellations and Refunds
Please note we are unable to cancel your order once it has been prepared. If you wish to cancel your order, 24 hours notice must be given and your money will be refunded in full. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be refunded less a $10 admin fee.

Product Substitution & Availability
Please note that all flowers are subject to seasonal availability. We offer a consultation within a week of your required flowers and will advise if certain flowers/products are not available at the point of purchase / confirmation.

Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our customers. The information you provide is used to fulfill your order.

Payment

We request your details for payment and confirmation of your order. In regards to payment options we offer invoicing, a PayPal direct payment request, or over the phone Credit Card payment. We never store this information and shred these details on a weekly basis unless otherwise requested by you.

Sharing of Information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when:
(1) permitted or required by law; or,
(2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorised transactions; or,
(3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
